* Stretching the band over the user's hand is not recommended as this could snap the band.
* It is recommended to attach one side, place the band on wrist, and attach the other side.
* To remove, slightly lift the face to push one side to release. stretching over the hand stretches the band beyond its capacity, which could result in snapping.
